Holiday Updates

If you’re going on holiday, it is important to provide us with the details and a contact list so that we can call the concerned person while you’re away. A confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 business hours to confirm that your request has been processed.

Account Information Updates

It is very important to keep your account information, phone numbers, and user list up-to-date.

  Remember, all codes being entered must be entered into the keypad and reported to Phase 3 Security.

  If you would like to add or remove access codes within your keypad, our Customer Help page can guide you through the process.
  When adding a new user, make sure to specify which user number and access code he/she will be using.
  When adding phone numbers to your list, be sure to specify in what position it is to be added to the call list.
